Our goal at All Travel Matters is to give you the best possible experience for your hard-earned money. We provide customized service to each of our clients that is designed just for you. Through our services, we will offer suggestions and give guidance on destinations that fit your budget and desires, we will coordinate all the fine details, and provide you with a final itinerary. We want your travel experience to be as memorable and flawless as possible. We are at your complete disposal throughout your entire planning and vacation process. The only thing we WON’T do, is go on vacation with you! If something goes wrong on your trip, you contact us so we can fix it, while you continue enjoying your vacation.

International Adventures are the heart and soul of All Travel Matters. From a self-guided tour across Italy, a small group tour in Indonesia, to a luxury cruise to Antarctica. Nothing is too big. If you can dream it, we can plan it.

Initial Inquiry. You can fill out our inquiry form here.
Once your inquiry has been received, it will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. We will then contact you with some follow up questions, and the opportunity to set up a FREE consultation call. This gives both of us a chance to get to know one another a bit more, and decide if we are mutually a good fit. You can describe your vision for the trip, and we will offer advise and feedback.
If you like where the conversation went, and want to continue planning together, you will receive an online invoice with our planning fee (more on those below).
Once the invoice has been paid, we will get to work planning your dream trip!
Sometimes multiple modifications are needed until the proposal is exactly as you envisioned. We can change things, re-arrange things, and modify until it’s an itinerary you adore. Once we’ve gotten it to a place you’re happy with, we will get the deposit applied. Don’t worry- we handle this part too!
About 45 days prior to your trip departure, final payment will be due (again, we will remind you and take care of it for you!) You can make smaller payments between deposit and final if that is helpful for you to budget for your vacation.
Between 2-3 weeks prior to your vacation, you can expect a full digital itinerary of your trip. You will receive an invitation to download an app that houses everything right on your phone! Depending on where you’re headed, you may also receive a paper packet in the mail with all of your physical vouchers and documents needed for your trip.

Pricing
Every vacation is different, and every vacation is tailored to fit your needs. Our non refundable service fee starts at $100. Fees will vary for groups, multi-destination and complex itineraries. Please contact us for more details.
