The breathtaking Alps span the borders of several European countries, and this vacation gives you the opportunity to see the best of the Alpine region.

This scenic tour of the Alps includes overnights in Munich, the Innsbruck area, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Bolzano, St. Moritz, Lake Como, Turin, Täsch, the Lucerne area, and Zurich.

Itinerary

This incredible journey through Europe’s most scenic landscapes will take you across three countries, each rich with history, culture, and breathtaking views. Begin in vibrant Munich, where you’ll explore iconic sights before traveling to the stunning Linderhof Castle and continuing into Austria’s captivating Innsbruck area. As you venture into the Italian Tyrol, prepare for unforgettable vistas, from Novacella Abbey’s Baroque beauty to the Dolomites’ UNESCO World Heritage mountain views. By the time you reach the luxurious resort town of St. Moritz, you’ll have soaked in medieval towns, glacial lakes, and alpine valleys. (Days 1-6)

The adventure continues as you board the Bernina Express, an iconic train journey across the Alps, leading you to Italy's serene Lake Como and the historic city of Turin. Winding through Switzerland’s Engadine National Park, you'll experience the charms of the Zermatt area, with a full day to explore at the foot of the famous Matterhorn. A ride on the legendary Glacier Express offers panoramic views of the Swiss Alps before leading you to Lucerne and the picturesque Brünig Pass. (Days 7-11)

Your journey concludes with a visit to the Swiss capital, Berne, where you’ll take in its historic sites before arriving in Zurich. This tour promises incredible landscapes, charming towns, and the chance to discover Europe’s most famous mountain resorts—an adventure that’s as thrilling as it is beautiful. (Days 12-13)

Group Size

We have reserved a space for 10 travelers on this pre-set departure, and will connect the group of you prior to departure so that you have a chance to get to know one another. Once you arrive in Munich, you’ll meet with the rest of the group, which could be between 35-50 total travelers. What a fun way to make some friends and meet new like-minded people!
